I have an art and marketing background and am solely looking for unique floral design courses for personal use… entertaining in my home in Laguna Beach, having 6 children with future showers, weddings, etc. Would these courses apply or do I need a more basic floral design background first? Where would I be able to get that without attending a junior college courseline, etc. first? Thank you! Linda Pfent

They totally would apply! Some people have taken the workshops, for similar reasons as yours. The workshops are all about fun and different ideas – there is no need for a more basic design background first. Let me know if there is a particular workshop that is listed that you are interested in. As you noticed, the out-of-state workshops are usually 2 days and often the hosts request a woodland/botanical couture workshop. Everything that you would learn in those workshops would be applicable for arrangements for weddings or parties etc… In the 3day wedding workshop we talk a bit more in depth about personal flowers etc…
I noticed that you sent the email from my website – I wanted to make sure that you received the email that I sent this morning – so to be on the safe side, I will send the email on both accounts.
This email address is the one that I check many times a day though.

I look forward to hearing from you. Françoise
