Last week I participated in "Tour d'Brides", a bridal show that was fabulously organized by Becky with No Ordinary Affair. The Mansion at the Bayou in McMinneville was one of the four venues that participated in the show. Thank you Irmi for providing such a great setting. Many thanks to Erica, with Erica Ann Photography, for the great pictures!


Last week I did some arrangements for the booth of the Oregon Association of Nurseries at the Far West Show at the Convention Center.
This large one was made on a long piece of bark; a hollowed old tree trunk was wired to it and I attached a bird's nest at the top.

Fiddleheads add unique texture to any design. Locally they are available early spring when the new ferns uncurl in the gardens; the dark brown ones are from Hawaii and are available year around.
