A few weeks ago a few friends and I got together to build fairy houses in the studio. We picked pieces of bark, branches, moss and lichen covered wood etc and created the sweetest fairy houses; The following week we took them to a woodland setting on the property of my friend Linda where Saskia took fabulous pictures. I cannot wait to see hers. In the meantime I decided to post the ones I took with my Iphone.

Marie made a swing using some lichen and bark and added a round window, which she decorated with lichen. And made a pathway with bark and river rock

Qiana made an oval rug with soft silver tufts of pussy willow, as well as a shelf with tiny cups (acorn caps); a eucalyptus pod was perfect for a flower pot at the entrance

I found a perfect piece of driftwood and created an fairy garden all around it with moss, succulents, muscari seedpods, dehydrated mushrooms, river rock and much more.
We had a blast and I decided to offer a fairy house class in July. You can check out the details here: https://francoiseweeks.com/2024/05/woodland-and-botanical-workshop-3-3-3-2-2/
